For Sarah

So Sarah likes meat. A lot. Not just to eat but the sheer novelty of it. Ham hocks, pork chops, cheese kransky. She likes meat so much that I had a meat tray cake made for her 30th birthday. She likes meat so much she dressed up as a t-bone steak for Halloween. She likes meat so much she got me bacon flavoured mints as a gift.

So Sarah, even though you aren't that much of a graphic design nut, this one is for you. I love this branding.

graphic design bits

So Seesaw needs new stationery now that we have a new studio. Like a mechanic with a crappy car, designers are notorious for never having business cards or a website they are happy with.

Been doing a spot of research and have found some little gems which I thought I would share.

Packaging

So I think while interiors are fun, time for a little design. And hey, packaging is sorta like homewares right?

Lighting

I need my dream house so I can go nuts on beautiful lighting. I want a bubble style lights damn naggit.

The ever gorge Miss Sare bought me a Norm 69 light when she was last in Denmark and I think I am going to attempt to put it together this weekend. Apparently it is quite a challenge and by the look of the flat pack nightmare and lack of instructions it is going to be rather interesting. Oh hang on, I just googled it and found instructions on youtube, whoopah!

Drool...

So fresh, so clean, so perfect.

New blog and look at me go. Last one for today but man, look at this house!

Contrast

I love turquoise and wood tones together. It official.

I still do love lime, white and beech. So fresh and calming.

Door 16

So I might be a little obsessed with Anna from Door 16's pad. Her reno documentation via her blog is both inspiring and depressing. The girl seems super cool and has the most awesome house to boot. Drool....

Dreaming of dark floors

So all my friends know I am a little interiors obsessed.

So Sarah, as requested.... 'ere we go.

If I ever had a house, can someone fashion me dark floorboards and white walls?
